I don’t know what Lycos are bloody playing at, but having re-loaded my site at the end of last week, it disappeared overnight on Sunday and I lost ftp access again. I fired off a note to the Mademoiselle who dealt with my previous problem, although the ‘premium support’ meant to be part of the package turns out to take 48 hours.
By which time… the customer has worked out for himself that not only have they wiped the site, they have also wiped his ftp access details as well. So I had to sign myself up again and am back in business.
I’ll be interested in their explanation, assuming there is one. Meanwhile I must investigate swapping this lot over to Blogspot.
