Malawi

Wednesday, 31 May 2006

I didn’t know much about Malawi until today. Sum total of my knowledge was that Steve Harley once took a fancy to an ape there who kissed his head and his eyes went all starry and that was about it. As I say, until today.

Babies and Bathwater

Tuesday, 30 May 2006

I’m no scientist and never had the wit or application to become one, but I do have faith in science to do its best. That might sound odd until you look back and realise that far too many people think that scientists only exist as a conspiracy to do us harm.

Flatter to Deceive

Friday, 26 May 2006

Havin’ a Laugh

Thursday, 25 May 2006

For me the best cartoonists are those who can combine two seemingly unconnected news stories and make them work together and there is no-one better at that than Matt in the Telegraph. I particularly liked this one the other that combined the Chelsea Flower Show and the cock-ups at the Home Office.
