Credit Where It’s Due

Master P is off on a school trip to Nice in October and we are hoping to take advantage of his absence by fitting in a trip to Venice at the same time, so on Saturday, I set about getting our European Health Insurance Cards from the Department of Health. It was surprisingly easy to apply online, the only tricky bit being whether I knew our National Insurance or NHS numbers, and they duly arrived this morning. Why can’t all government departments be so efficient?
