Miracle Cure!

Well, not really. Ibuprofen as an OTC drug at 70p or so for 16 tablets is hardly likely to tax the learned professors at NICE, but it does the trick for me.

Having suffered last night, I grabbed a pack from Superdrug on my way to work and took a couple of tabs after my Zest coffee and bacon sarnie. My back was still tender all morning, so I took a couple more after lunch at 3.30. By the time I got home I was pretty much right as rain, though what’s so right about rain I’ve never been able to fathom.

It’s a pity that Mrs P is so Ibuprofen intolerant, or she might not suffer so much, although her problem isn’t entirely muscular. That’s an Ibuprofen molecule above, by the way. Click on it if you want to learn more.

Meanwhile, with my back fixed, I can focus on the insect bite on the back of my wrist which is swelling nicely. But I am a man. I can stoically suffer in silence. Not.

Ibupprofin slow release is the best for backs. Take it before you go to bed and it loosens you up in the morning.
