It was during a quiet Sunday afternoon in Cape Town city centre that we came across this unexpected scene of traffic chaos outside the government building on Wale Street.

We visited the city yesterday afternoon thinking it would be quieter that the noisy chaos of Saturday. And it was, mainly because pretty much everything closes on Sunday in Cape Town.
